View Employee Emergency Details
Use
If your employer / contractor had entered your emergency contact details while creating the employee, then you can view those details in this screen. If required, you can modify those details to reflect any changes that may have occurred since then.
Please note that the modifications can be made only if your employer / contractor has granted you access rights.
Path
Sign-In > employee's Emergency Contact Details > View/Edit
Fields Available
Employee's Emergency Contact Details
- Contact Person's Name: This field displays the name of the person whom the employer / contractor should contact during any emergency related with you.
- Relationship: This field displays the relationship of the contact person with you. For example, father, wife, friend etc.
- Contact Person's Address: This field displays the contact person's address.
- Contact Person's Tel. No. 1: This field displays the telephone number of the contact person.
- Contact Person's Tel. No. 2: If there is any additional telephone number of the contact person, then it will be displayed here.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 1: This field displays the E-Mail address of the contact person.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 2: If there is any additional E-Mail address of the contact person, then it will be displayed here.
Associated Tasks
- Edit: To make any modifications to your emergency contact details, click on this button. It will open the Edit Employee Emergency Contact Details screen, where you can make the required modifications.
- Back: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Employee Details screen.
