View Employee Emergency Contact Details
Use
If you have entered the emergency contact details of the employee while creating the employee, then you can view those details in this screen. If required, you can modify those details to reflect any changes that may have occurred since then.

Employee's Emergency Contact Details
- Contact Person's Name: This field displays the name of the person who should be contacted during any emergency related with the employee.
- Relationship: This field displays the relationship of the contact person with the employee. For example, father, wife, friend etc.
- Contact Person's Address: This field displays the contact person's address.
- Contact Person's Tel. 1 No.: This field displays the telephone number of the contact person.
- Contact Person's Tel. 2 No.: If there is any additional telephone number of the contact person, then it will be displayed here.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 1: This field displays the E-Mail address of the contact person.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 2: If there is any additional E-Mail address of the contact person, then enter it will be displayed here.
Associated Tasks
- Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
- Edit: To make any modifications to the employee's emergency contact details, click on this button. It will open the Edit Employee Emergency Contact Details screen, where you can make the required modifications.
