Employee Access Rights List
Use
You can enable or disable here the employee's access to update their personal details like address and phone numbers. Please note that few fields that are mentioned here may not appear on the screen as this help file is shared by our other services as well.

Fields Available
- Works No.: The employees works number will be displayed here
- Employee's Name: The employee's name will be displayed here
- Allow Address & Phone Self Update: You can use this option to enable or disable the employee's access to update their personal details like address and phone numbers. To enable or disable the employee's access, select Yes or No respectively and click on the Confirm/Resend button corresponding to the respective employee.
- Confirm Changes: You can confirm the changes made to the employee's access rights by clicking on the Confirm/Resend button corresponding to the respective employee.
Associated Tasks
- Confirm: To confirm the changes made to the employee's access rights, click on this button corresponding to the respective employee.
- Create Internet A/c: To enable any employees' account for this service, click on this button.
- Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
