View AR Details

Use

Data Provisioning Service (DPS) is a new system introduced by HMRC, which is a replacement for the Secure Mail Service. All the coding notices (P6, P9), student loan notices (SL1, SL2), post graduate loan (PGL1, PGL2)and reminders issued during the current tax year and for the coming tax year can be directly downloaded from HMRC using our payroll application.

Our service enables you to login to HMRC, and download the ongoing notices such as P6, P9, SL1, SL2,PGL1, PGL2, Expenses & Benefits (NOT), and End of year returns (AR) notices. You are also provided with the facility to view and download the notices in CSV format onto your local system. This screen displays the end of year returns notice details downloaded from HMRC. The screen lists the AR form names, DPS index number and the notice issued date corresponding to the appropriate downloaded AR forms. You can also view the AR notice from this screen.

Fields Available

• Form Name: The End of Year returns form name will be displayed here
• DPS Index No.: The DPS index number corresponding to the appropriate downloaded form will be displayed here.
• Issue Date: The date on which the notice was issued by HMRC will be displayed here.
• View: You can view the AR notification by clicking on the view link corresponding to the appropriate AR form.
