View / Download Notices

Use

Data Provisioning Service (DPS) is a new system introduced by HMRC, which is a replacement for the Secure Mail Service. All the coding notices (P6, P9), student loan notices (SL1, SL2), post graduate loan (PGL1, PGL2), and reminders issued during the current tax year and for the coming tax year can be directly downloaded from HMRC using our payroll application.

Our service enables you to login to HMRC, and download the ongoing notices such as P6, P9, SL1, SL2, PGL1, and PGL2. Expenses & Benefits, and End of year return notices to our application. You are also provided with the facility to view and download the notices in CSV format onto your local system. Please note, the notices will not be automatically imported into our application. You have to login to HMRC from our service to download the notices by yourself.

This screen displays the employer / contractor details and the number of notices you last downloaded from HMRC. You also have an option to view the last downloaded notice.

Please Note : The Tax Code Auto Update facilities are now enabled within our system. Your tax codes and Student Loans will now be automatically updated if you enter the HMRC e-filing credential into the system. So that we recommend you not use this manual download function as your tax code P6, P9, SL1, SL2, PGL1, PGL2 etc has all been automatically updated through auto tax code update twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. You may use this function as a last resort.

Fields Available

• Select Ongoing Form to Download / View: From the drop down list, select the notice you would like to download from HMRC.
• Employer / Contractor Name: The Employer's / Contractor's name will be displayed here.
• Employer / Contractor PAYE Reference: The Employer's / Contractor's PAYE Reference will be displayed here.
• Last Downloaded Date: The date on which the notices were last downloaded from HMRC will be displayed here.
• No. of Notices: The number of notices last downloaded from HMRC will be displayed here.
• View/Print: You can view/print the notice, you last downloaded from HMRC by clicking on the view link.

Associated Tasks

• Confirm Download: If you are sure about the notice you have selected to download from HMRC, click on this button to proceed further.
• Logout: If you do not want to download the notices or logout of DPS, click on this button.
