View / Download Client Notices

Use

Data Provisioning Service (DPS) is a replacement for the Secure Mail Service. All the coding notices (P6, P9), student loan notices (SL1, SL2), post graduate loan (PGL1, PLG2), and reminders issued during the current tax year and for the coming tax year can be directly downloaded from HMRC onto our payroll application. Our service also enables you to manually download the notices in CSV format onto your local systems. You can view your clients ongoing notice details before downloading the notice onto your local system or to our application through this screen.

Please note that you can select only one client at a time to download the ongoing notices.

Please Note : The Tax Code Auto Update facilities are now enabled within our system. Your tax codes and Student Loans will now be automatically updated if you enter the HMRC e-filing credential into the system. So that we recommend you not use this manual download function as your tax code P6, P9, SL1, SL2, PGL1, and PGL2 has all been automatically updated through auto tax code update twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. You may use this function as a last resort.

Fields Available

• Select Ongoing Form to Download / View: From the drop down list, select the appropriate ongoing notice you would like to download for the client.
• Client Name: The client name will be displayed here.
• Client PAYE Reference: The client's PAYE reference corresponding to the appropriate client will be displayed here.
• Downloaded Date: The date on which the notices were last downloaded corresponding to the appropriate client will be displayed here.
• No. of Notices: The number of notices last downloaded corresponding to the appropriate client will be displayed here.
• Client Details: You can view the client details by clicking on the view / edit link corresponding to the respective client.
• View: To view the notice click on the view link.
• Select Client to Download: To view or download the ongoing notice of the client, tick/select the box corresponding to the appropriate client.

Associated Tasks

• Confirm Download: If you are sure about the client you have selected, and would like to download the ongoing notices for this client, click on this button to proceed further.
• Add New Client: To add a new client, click on this button.
• Logout: If you do not want to download the notices or logout of DPS, click on this button.
