CIS Verification Request E-Filing Status

Use

This screen displays the E-Filed status of CIS Verification Request. You can view the E-Filing details that you E-Filed to HMRC. HMRC will send a response to the verification request you had E-Filed. The response contains the verification number for the subcontractors. You also view or print the E-Filed Certificate which can be used as evidence / proof of E-Filing the returns to HMRC.

If the batch list is too long to be viewed, click on the "Next" option, provided below to view the rest of the batches. Click on the "Previous" option to come to the preceding screen.

Fields Available

• CIS Documents E-Filed: The type of the CIS document E-Filed to HMRC will be displayed here
• Quantity: The number of subcontractors E-Filed to HMRC corresponding to respective CIS document will be displayed here.
• Date/Time of E-Filing: The date and time, the CIS documents were E-Filed to HMRC will be displayed here.
• E-Filing Status: The E-Filed status will be displayed here.
• CIS Verification Response: You can view the CIS verification response from HMRC here by clicking on the appropriate link.
• E-Filing details: You can view the details of the subcontractors, for whom you have E-Filed the verification request by clicking on View.
• E-Filing Certificate: You can view or take a print out of the E-Filed certificate and HMRC Digital Receipt. To view or take a print out, click on View/Print link corresponding to the appropriate CIS documents E-Filed.
