CIS Payment Statement Details

Use

In this screen, you can view the CIS payment statement details of your subcontractor. Please note that the CIS Payment statement is the documentary evidence of a deduction, which is provided to the subcontractors every tax month or one for each payment if this is more frequent.

Fields Available

• SL No.: The serial number corresponding to each statement will be displayed here.
• Statement Number: The statement number will be displayed here. This is automated number generated by our service.
• Statement Period: The statement period i.e., the payrun processed period will be displayed here.
• Total Payment: The total payment made to the subcontractor will be displayed here. The total payment is exclusive of VAT amount.
• Taxable Amount: The amount taxable will be displayed here. The amount taxable is exclusive of materials and VAT amount.
• Tax Deducted: The tax amount deducted from the subcontractor's payment will be displayed here.
• VAT: The VAT amount on the invoice will be displayed here.
• Invoice Total: The Invoice total amount will be displayed here. The invoice amount is inclusive of VAT amount.
• Net Payment: The net payment amount will be displayed here.
• View: You can view statement and invoice by clicking on the appropriate link corresponding to the respective statement.
