Edit Branch User Details
Use
You can modify details of the additional users or system administrator, which you had created to manage this service.
Path
Multi-Sites Payroll Starter > Head Office Details > Branch Office User Internet Account > Maintain > Branch User Personal Details > View /Edit > Edit
Fields Available
- Branch System User Sign In ID: This field displays the system administrator's / user's sign in ID for this service.
- Branch System User Title: From the drop down list, select the system administrator's / user's appropriate title.
- Branch System User Surname: This field displays the system administrator's/user's surname.
- Branch System User Forename: This field displays the system administrator's / user's forename.
- Branch System User Second Forename: Enter here the system administrator's / user's second forename.
- Branch System User Address: Enter here the system administrator's / user's address.
- Town / City: Enter here the town or city pertaining to the system administrator's / user's address.
- County: Enter here the county pertaining to the system administrator's / user's address.
- Post Code: Enter here the postcode pertaining to the system administrator's / user's address.
- Country: From the drop down list, select the country pertaining to the system administrator's / user's address.
- Branch System User Tel. No.: Enter here the telephone number of the system administrator / user.
- Branch System User Mobile No.: Enter here the system administrator's / user's mobile number.
- Branch System User's E-Mail: Enter here the E-Mail address that you used to log into this service.
Associated Tasks
- Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button. You will be taken back to the View branch office system administrator's details where you can view the changes you made.
- Save: If you are sure about all the entries and wish to continue, click on this button.
