Welcome to Branch office Sign Up process. This process is carried out only once. After the sign up process is complete, your branch office user can sign in to the package. Please ensure that the details you provide here are accurate, as these details will be used for future correspondence.

Enter your Branch Office Details
- Employer / Branch Reference: Enter here the employer name or branch office reference.
- Branch Office Name: Enter here your branch office name.
- Branch Office Address: Enter here your branch office address. Please enter the address correctly. At times we may need to send the sign in details by post.
- Town / City: Enter here the town or city pertaining to your branch office address.
- County: Enter here the county pertaining to your branch office address.
- Post Code: Enter here the postcode pertaining to your branch office address. Please enter the address and postcode correctly. At times we may need to send the sign in details by post.
- Re-type Post Code: Enter here the postcode again for confirmation.
- Country: Enter here the country pertaining to your branch office address.
- Branch Office Tel. No.: Enter here your branch office telephone number.
- Branch Mobile No.: Enter here your branch office's mobile number (if any).
- Branch Office Fax No.: Enter here your branch office's fax number (if any).
- Branch Office Website: Enter here your branch office's website address (if any).
Enter Branch System Administrator's Details
- Branch System Administrator's Title: From the drop down list, select the System Administrator's title.
- Branch System Administrator's Surname: Enter here the System Administrator's surname.
- Branch System Administrator's Forename: Enter here the System Administrator's forename.
- Branch System Administrator's Second Forename: Enter here the System Administrator's second forename.
- Branch System Administrator E-Mail to be Used for this service: Enter here the System Administrator's E-Mail address, that will be used for this service. The E-Mail address you enter here is important because it will be used for all further correspondence. The branch office account activation details for this service and all other payroll related details will be sent to this E-Mail address. Please ensure that you enter the E-Mail address correctly.
- Re-Type Branch System Administrator E-Mail: Enter here System Administrator's E-Mail address to be used for this service, again for confirmation.
Associated Tasks
- Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Multi-Sites Payroll Starter screen.
- Clear: To remove all the details and re-enter click on this button. The fields will be Continue: If you are sure about all the entries and wish to continue, click on this button.
- Continue: To continue with this process, enter the required details and click on this button.
