Assign Employees to Project

Use

You can assign your employees to the project through this screen. This screen displays the project names, project codes and client name corresponding to the respective projects. Ensure that you click on the correct link to assign the employees to the respective project.

Please note that unless you assign an employee to a project you cannot enter his/ her timesheet for the corresponding projects.

Path

Employer / Setup > Project Setup > Assign Employees to Project

Fields Available

• Counter: This field displays the serial number of the project.
• Project Name: This field displays the project name.
• Project Code: This field displays the project code corresponding to the respective project.
• Client Name: This field displays the client name corresponding to the respective project.
• Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example Save, Edit, Delete, etc

Associated Tasks

• View/Edit: To assign employees to the project, click on this button corresponding to the respective project.
• Back: If you wish to exit this screen, click on this button.
