View Post Graduate Loan Details

Use

Data Provisioning Service (DPS) is a new system introduced by HMRC, which is a replacement for the Secure Mail Service. All the coding notices (P6, P9), student loan notices (SL1, SL2), Post Graduate loan( PGL1,PGL2),and reminders issued during the current tax year and for the coming tax year can be directly downloaded from HMRC using our payroll application.

Our service enables you to login to HMRC and download the ongoing notices such as P6, P9, SL1, SL2,PGL1, PGL2 Expenses & Benefits, and End of year returns notices. You are also provided with the facility to view and download the notices in CSV format onto your local system. This screen displays the Student loan notice details downloaded from HMRC. The screen lists the employees for whom the student loan deductions are to be made or stopped. You can also view the PGL1 / PGL2 notice of the individual employee from this screen.

Please Note : The Tax Code Auto Update facilities are now enabled within our system. Your tax codes and Student Loans will now be automatically updated if you enter the HMRC e-filing credential into the system. So that we recommend you not use this manual download function as your tax code P6, P9, SL1, SL2, PGL1, and PGL2 has all been automatically updated through auto tax code update twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. You may use this function as a last resort.

• Works No.: The employee's works number will be displayed here
• Employee's Name: The employee's name will be displayed here
• DPS Index No.: The DPS index number corresponding to the appropriate employee for whom the student loan notice is downloaded will be displayed here.
• NINo.: The National Insurance number corresponding to the appropriate employee will be displayed here.
• Issue Date: The date on which the student loan notice was issued from HMRC to the employer / contractor will be displayed here.
• Loan Start Date: The date from which the employer / contractor should start / stop deducting the student loan from the employee's pay will be displayed here.
• Auto Student Loan Start Status: The student loan status will be displayed here.
• View: You can view Student loan notification by clicking on the view link corresponding to the appropriate employee.
