Print Salary Sacrifice Letter

Use

Here you can view/print the salary sacrifice pension letters for the employees who have opted for salary sacrifice scheme for pension.

Pension > Group Assign > Assign Salary Sacrifice to AE Pension > Salary Sacrifice for AE Pension Settings.

Pension > Pension Report View/Print > Other AE Reports > Salary Sacrifice for AE Pension Report.

Works No.: Here employee's works number will be displayed here.
Employee Name: The employee name will be displayed here.
Salary Sacrifice: A salary sacrifice arrangement is an agreement between an employer and an employee to change the terms of the employment contract to reduce the employee’s entitlement to cash pay. This sacrifice of cash entitlement is usually made in return for some form of non-cash benefit. Selected 'YES' or 'NO' will be displayed here.
Employee Earnings Basis: Selected from the drop down the earning basis will be displayed here.
Employee Contribution: Selected from the drop down the employee contribution, Fixed Amount or percentage of Earning Base will be displayed here.
Employer Earnings Basis: Selected from the drop down the earning basis Full, Qualify or Custom will be displayed here.
Employer Contribution: Selected from the drop down the employer contribution, Fixed Amount or percentage of Earning Base will be displayed here.
Print SS Letter: Here you can print the Salary Sacrifice letter.
Select to Print: Here you can select the employee's letter to be printed.
