RTI FPS (Full Payment Submission) Details

Use

This screen automatically lists all employees' whose payment information have to be sent on an FPS (Full Payment Submission) to HMRC. You must submit an FPS to HMRC each time you make a payment to your employees'.

Fields Available

• Works No.: The employee's works number will be displayed here.
• Employee Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Tax Code: The employee's tax code will be displayed here.
• NINO: The employee's NINO will be displayed here.
• Taxable Gross: The employee's Taxable Gross will be displayed here.
• NICable Gross: The employee's NICable Gross will be displayed here.
• Employee Tax: The employee's Tax will be displayed here.
• Employer NIC: The Employer NIC will be displayed here.
• Employee NIC: The Employee NIC will be displayed here.
• View / Print FPS:The employee's FPS can be viewed/printed by clicking on this link.
• Late PAYE Reporting reason: Select the option from the drop down for Late PAYE Reporting.

Associated Tasks

• Back: If you wish to go back to the previous screen, then click on this button.
• Bulk Late PAYE Reporting: If you wish to report late PAYE to all the employees in Bulk then select this option.
• Continue: Click on this button to continue with the process of e-filing FPS.
