Benefit - K. Services supplied - List

Use

This benefit comes into effect when an employer / contractor provides any services to their employees, where the contract is between the employer / contractor and the service provider. The amount chargeable in respect of the services supplied to the employee, is the additional cost to the employer / contractor of providing the services.

This screen displays the list of services supplied to the particular employee you selected.

Fields Available

The top row displays the details such as name, department, E-Mail address etc. of the selected employee.

The following details are displayed further.

• Ref. No.: This field is automatically generated.
• Service From Date: This field displays the date from which the benefit was provided.
• Service To Date: This field displays the date up to which the benefit was provided.
• Service Type: This field displays the type of service provided as a benefit.
• Annual Payment Amount: This field displays the gross annual payment amount paid for this benefit.
• Cash Equivalent Amount: The cash equivalent amount will be displayed here.
• Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example Save, Edit, Remove, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Add New Service: To enter details of a new service click on this button. It will open the Services Supplied Add screen.
• View/Edit: To view or edit the details of the service provided to the employee, click on the View/Edit button relating to the respective service record. It will open the Services Supplied View screen.
• Remove: To delete any service details click on the Remove button relating to the respective service record.
• Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Assign Benefits screen.
