Benefit - H. Interest free and low interest loans - List

Use

A director or employee obtains a benefit by reason of their employment when he or she, or any of their relatives, are provided with a cheap or interest free loan. This screen displays the list of interest free and low interest loans provided to the particular employee you selected.

Fields Available

The top row displays the details such as name, department, E-Mail address etc. of the selected employee.

The following details are displayed further.

• Ref. No.: This field is automatically generated.
• Loan Start Date: This field displays the date on which the loan was taken out.
• Loan Short Description: A brief description of the type of loan taken out by the employee will be displayed here.
• Loan Amount: This field displays the total amount taken out as loan.
• Cash Equivalent Amount: The cash equivalent amount will be displayed here.
• Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example Save, Edit, Remove, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Add New Loan: To enter a new loan details, click on this button. It opens the Interest free and low interest loans Add screen.
• View/Edit: To view or edit the details of the loan provided to the employee, click on the View/Edit button in the appropriate row. It will open the Interest free and low interest loans View screen.
• Remove: To delete any loan details, click on the Remove button in the appropriate row.
• Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Assign Benefits screen.
