Employer Payment Summary (EPS) E-Filed Status Report

Use

The EPS E-Filed status report records all your payments to HMRC for the tax year. The EPS E-Filed Status report will total all your employees’ PAYE tax, NICs and Student Loan deductions for each tax month/quarter and shows total amount payable to HMRC.

Fields Available

• Due Date: This field shows the date of payment to HMRC.
• Tax Period: This field shows the month/quarter for which payment should be paid to HMRC.
• Total Amount Due to HMRC: This field shows the total amount due to HMRC for the month/quarter.
• Net Income Tax: This field shows the net income tax for the month/quarter.
• Gross NICs: This field shows the gross NICs for the month/quarter.
• CIS deductions suffered: This field shows the Construction Industry Scheme deductions suffered.
• NICs Holiday: This field shows the NIC holiday
• Total deductions from NICs: This field shows the total deductions from NICs that includes the sum of SMP Recovered, NIC Compensation on SMP, SPP Recovered, NIC Compensation on SPP, SAP Recovered, NIC Compensation on SAP, ShPP Recovered and NIC Compensation on ShPP
• SMP Recovered: This field shows the amount of SMP Recovered.
• NIC Compensation on SMP: This field shows the amount of NIC compensated on SMP.
• SPP Recovered: This field shows the amount of SPP Recovered.
• NIC Compensation on SPP: This field shows the amount of NIC compensated on SPP.
• SAP Recovered : This field shows the amount of SAP Recovered.
• NIC Compensation on SAP: This field shows the amount of NIC compensated on SAP.
• ShPP Recovered: This field shows the amount of ShPP Recovered.
• NIC Compensation on ShPP: This field shows the amount of NIC compensated on ShPP.
• E-Filed Certificate & Digital Receipt: This field allows you to view/print the E-Filed certificate & digital receipt.
• E-Filed Details: This field allows you to view/print the E-Filed details.
