Declaration of Compliance Employer Details

Use

In this section you fill the Employer Details i.e Letter code, contact name, job title and contact email address. Rest of the details you get to see is Pension provider details and Auto Enrolment details which you already set it before, which you can not edit in this section.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Employer  Details

• Employer's Name: The name of the Employer  will be displayed here.
• Employer Address: The address of the Employer  will be displayed here.
• Employer's PAYE scheme reference: The Employer's PAYE scheme reference number will be displayed here.
• VAT Registration Number: The Employer's VAT Registration Number is displayed here.
• Companies House Number: The Employer's Companies House Number is displayed here.
• Industrial and Provident Society Number: Enter here the Industrial and Provident Society Number detail. (if any)
• Registered Charity Number: Enter here the Registered Charity Number (if any)
• Letter Code: Enter here the Letter Code detail.
• Employer senior contact title: Select from the drop down the Employer's title.
• Employer senior contact first name: Enter here the Employer's first name.
• Employer senior contact last name: Enter here the Employer's last name.
• Employer senior contact job title: Enter here the Employer's job title.
• Employer senior contact email preferred: Select from the drop down the Employer's email preferred YES or NO.
• Employer senior contact email address: Enter here the Employer's contact E-Mail ID, for easy correspondence.  

Pension Provider Details

• Pension scheme type: The pension scheme type is displayed here.
• Employer pension scheme reference (EPSR) or Unique Employer NEST ID scheme: The EPSR or Nest ID Scheme is displayed here.
• Name of pension scheme provider: Pension scheme provider name is displayed here.
• Pension scheme provider postcode: The Pension scheme provider postcode is displayed here.
• Pension scheme provider address line 1: The pension scheme provider address is displayed here.
• Pension scheme provider address line 2: The pension scheme provider address is displayed here.
• Pension scheme provider address line 3: The pension scheme provider address is displayed here.
• Pension scheme provider city: The pension provider city is displayed here.
• Pension scheme provider county: The pension scheme provider county is displayed here.
• Pension scheme provider country: The pension provider country is displayed here.
• Pension scheme name:The pension scheme name is displayed here.
• Pension scheme registry number: The pension scheme registry number is displayed here.
• Number of eligible jobholders enrolled into Pension Scheme: The number of eligible jobholders in the pension scheme is displayed here.

Auto Enrolment Details

• Total number of workers: Total numbers of workers working is displayed here.
• Workers already in a qualifying scheme: Number of the qualified workers is displayed here.
• Eligible jobholders subject to transitional period: Number of total Eligible jobholders is displayed here.
• Other workers: Workers number who are other then Eligible jobholders and not in the qualifying scheme is displayed here.
• Deferral date: Auto Enrolment Deferral date is displayed here.
