Consolidation of all AE Employee Report

Use

You can View/Print/Send email of the overall auto enrolment report to all the employees who have been auto enrolled. The report gives the employee an idea about auto enrolment, contributions from both employee and employer,and also the need for auto enrolment.

Fields Available

• Works No.: The employee's Works Number will be displayed here.
• Employee's Name:  The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Employee pension Ref: The pay reference will be displayed here.
• NINo:  The employee's NINo will be displayed here.
• Date: The current date will be displayed here.
• Employee AE Status: Here employee status will be displayed here.
• PDF:  Here you can view/print the letters by clicking on the “view/print” link.
• E-Mail: Clicking on the “send” link the AE letters will be send to employee concern.
• SMS: Here you can send letters through SMS to your employees by clicking on the “send” link.
• Select All: Here by clicking on the select all option, you can send e-mail or print the letters for all the employees.

Associated Tasks

• Back: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Reports screen.
• Print Selected: To print the letters for selected employees, click on this button.
• E-Mail Selected: Sending e-mail to selected employees, click on this button.
• SMS Selected: Sending sms to selected employees, click on this button.
