Payrun Process Status
Use
This screen displays the list of all your clients' payrun process status for the current month. If you have already processed pay for the current month, then those client details will not be displayed. If your client list is too long to be viewed, click on the "Next" option, provided below to view the rest of the list. Click on the "Previous" option to come to the preceding screen.
Path
Payroll Bureau > Starter > Admin Payrun > Payrun Process Status
Fields Available
- Client SL No.: The serial number will be displayed here.
- Client Name: The client's name will be displayed here.
- Client Details: To manage your client's account details click on the Enter link.
- Updated YTD Period: This is the last tax period, which you ran and updated your client's year to date values.
- Process Pay: To process the pay, click on the process link corresponding to the appropriate client. You will be taken to the Payrun process screen, where you can process the pay.
Associated Tasks
- Enter: To manage your client's account details, click on this link corresponding to the appropriate client.
- Process: To process the client's payroll, click on this link corresponding to the appropriate client.
- Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Payroll Bureau's Starter screen.
