Former Clients

Use

This screen displays a list of former clients, facilitating you to view the client's complete details like account details, current employees and the tax year.

Please note, you can process client's P11D and manage their account details. You can also reinstate the service for this client if required.

Path

Payroll Bureau > Starter > Bureau Details > Former Clients

Fields Available

• Row No.: This field displays the row number. 
• Former Client Name: This field displays the name of the former client.
• Account Details: You can administer the client's account details here. To administer, click on the enter link corresponding to the appropriate client.
• Current Employees: This field displays the number of the employees currently employed by this client.
• Service Cease Date: This field displays the date, you ceased the service for this client.
• Process P11D: You can process client's P11D by clicking on P11D link corresponding to the appropriate client. 
• Reinstate Client: If you would like to reinstate the client, click on this link corresponding to the appropriate client.
• P11D Tax Year: This field displays the P11D tax year.  
• PAYE Tax Year: This field displays the PAYE tax year.

Associated Tasks

• Enter: Click on this link to administer the client's account details corresponding to the appropriate client.
• P11D: Click on this link to process client's P11D corresponding to the appropriate client. You can process only one client's P11D at a time.
• Reinstate: Click on this link to reinstate the client's service. You can reinstate only one client at a time.
• Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Bureau Details screen.
