Change Security Question & Answer

Use

This service allows you to change your Security Question & Answer that you created when signing up to this service. In this screen, you can create your new Security Question & Answer.

Please note down your sign in details and keep it in a safe and secure place.

Path

Sign-In > employee's Payroll Internet Account Details > View/Edit > Security Question > Edit

Fields Available

• Enter Your Pattern word (Current): Enter here your random letters of your pattern word.
• Your Security Question (Current): This field displays the security question that you selected when signing up with this service or the subsequent one that you may have changed it to.
• Your Answer (Current): Enter here the answer to the security question you have selected.
• Your Security Question (New): From the drop down list, select a security question of your choice. We will use this information if we need to verify your identity.
• Your Answer (New): Enter here the answer to the security question you have selected. We will use this information if we need to verify your identity. To protect your account, make sure your answer is memorable for you but hard for others to guess.
• Re-type Your Answer (New): Enter here your answer to security question again for confirmation.

Associated Tasks

• Continue: If you are sure about all the entries and wish to continue, click on this button.
• Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Payroll Internet Account Details screen.
