Client User Internet Account List
Use
You can administer here the account status of all the client users for whom you have enabled this service account.

Payroll Bureau > Starter > Bureau Details > Client User Internet Account > Client List > Maintain
Fields Available
- Client User Name: The user's name will be displayed here.
- Client User Sign In ID: The user's Sign-In ID for this service will be displayed here corresponding to the appropriate user.
- Client User Type: This field displays the user type of the Internet account.
- Sign In Log Book: The Sign In Log Book displays a detailed record of the user's previous 20 Sign Ins to his/her account.
- Internet A/c Status: Use this option to disable the user's account for this service. To disable the user's account for this service, select No and confirm it by clicking on Confirm button.
- Client User Access Rights: Use this option to Enable & Disable Client user access rights.
- Forget Sign In Details: You can use this option to re-send the sign in details to the user whenever you receive any request from the user. To re-send the sign in details click on the Resend Details link corresponding to the respective employee.
- Client User Personal Details: To view or edit the personal details of the user, click on the View/Edit link.
Associated Tasks
- View: To view the user's sign in log book, click on this link corresponding to the respective user.
- Confirm: To disable the user's account for this service select No and click on this button to confirm the action.
- Resend Details: To re-send the sign in details to the user, click on this link corresponding to the respective user.
- View/Edit: To view or edit the personal details of the user, click on this link corresponding to the respective user.
- Add Client User: To add a new user to the list, click on this button.
- Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Client List screen.
