Account Status and BACS Status

Use

You can enable or disable the client's access to Internet account on this screen. Please note, If the access is disabled, the client cannot login to the Internet account unless you enable it. The client's access will be completely disabled.

Path

Payroll Bureau > Starter > Admin and Report > Account Status and BACS Status

Fields Available

• Row No.: The row number will be automatically displayed here.
• Client Name: This field displays the name of the client.
• Account Status: Use this option to disable the user's account for this service. To disable the user's account for this service, select No and confirm it by clicking on Confirm button. 
• BACS Status: Use this option to enable or disable the BACS status. To enable or disable the user's account for this service, select the appropriate option and confirm it by clicking on Confirm button. 
• Click to Confirm: You can confirm the changes made to the client's account status by clicking on the Confirm button corresponding to the respective client.

Associated Tasks

• Confirm: To confirm the changes made to the client's account status, click on this button corresponding to the respective client.
• Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Starter screen.
