Use

Every time you sign in to this service, you will be taken to this screen. From here you can switch on to any task of your choice. To make the process simple for you, we have provided direct links to many of the key tasks. These tasks have been described below.

As you sign in we directly take you to this screen. If you switch on to some other screen and wish to come back here, you can follow the below given path.

Fields Available

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

• Row No.: This field displays the row number.
• Client Name: This field displays the name of the client.
• Admin Payrun: To manage your client's account details, click on the enter link corresponding to the appropriate client.
• Current Employees: The total number of employees working currently in each client's company will be displayed here corresponding to the appropriate client.
• Status: The status of the client will be displayed corresponding to the appropriate client.
• Process: If you would like to process P11D / CIS for your client, click on the P11D / CIS link corresponding to the appropriate client.
• Remove Client: If you would like to remove any of your clients, click on remove link corresponding to the appropriate client.
• P11D Tax Year: This field displays the P11D Tax year.
• PAYE / CIS Tax Year: This field displays the PAYE / CIS Tax year.

Associated Tasks

• Bureau Details: To manage your Bureau details click on this link. You can manage and administer the bureau details and also the client user Internet account in this section.
• Manage Client: If you would like to add a new client, click on this link. You will be taken to add new client screen where you can add a new client.
• Batch Process: To administer your clients' Payroll Batch i.e Timesheet & Payrun, AE Pension Batch, DPS and RTI data in batch click on this link.
• Admin Payrun: To administer your clients' timesheet and payroll account click on this link.
