Bureau Details
Use
Every time you click on Bureau Details, you will be taken to this screen. From here you can switch on to any task of your choice. To make the process simple for you, we have provided direct links to many of the key tasks. These tasks have been described below.

Fields Available
- Bureau Contact Details: You can view or edit the Bureau's contact details that you provided when signing up with this service.
- Bureau Own Payroll: To manage your own Bureau's payroll click on this button.
- Bureau System Administrator Details: The personal details and sign in details of the Bureau System Administrator will be displayed here. If you wish to view or edit any of these details, click on this button.
- Former Clients: To view your former clients details click on this button.
- Consolidated Reports: To view the consolidated report of HMRC (Tax & NI) payment record click on this button.
- Import Data: Click on Enter button to import client data.
- Bureau / Client HMRC E-Filing Setup : Click on Enter button to setup e-filing credentials.
- Close Account: Click on Close button to close your Bureau account.
- Able Payroll Invoices & Payment: Click on Invoices button to access your Invoices & Payment details.
- Bureau Customisation: You can use this option to customise various payroll settings based on your requirements.
- Bureau Own P11D: To manage your own Bureau's P11D click on this button.
- Bureau System User Details: You can administer here the account status of all the Bureau users for whom you have enabled this service account.
- Client System User Internet Account: You can administer here the account status of all the client users for whom you have enabled this service account.
- Support Request: If you have any problem / doubt regarding your account click on this button. This invites a Support Team member to log into your account to help you to sort out the problem you have in the payroll system.
- White Label Customisation : Click on Customise button to customise the application based on the user specifications.
- Auto DPS Report (Batch) : Click on View Report to view the recent DPS items being downloaded.
- DPS Notice and Auto-Update Setup : Click on Setup button to opt for DPS notice and auto-update service.
Associated Tasks
- View / Edit: To view or edit any of the Bureau details, click on this button corresponding to the appropriate option.
- Maintain: To maintain your own Bureau's payroll and P11D click on this button.
- Close: To close your Bureau account click on this button.
- Enable: To Enable Support request click on this button.
- Invoices: To access your Invoices & Payment click on this button.
- Customise: To customise your White label service click on this button.
- View Report: To view Auto DPS Report in Batch click on this button.
- Enter: To Import Employee / Client data & to Enter Bureau / Client HMRC E-Filing Setup. click on this button.
- Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Starter screen.
