Branch Office Details

Use

Every time you click on Branch office Details, you will be taken to this screen. From here you can switch on to any task of your choice. To make the process simple for you, we have provided direct links to many of the key tasks. These tasks have been described below.

Fields Available

• Branch Office Contact Details: You can view or edit the branch office contact details that you provided when signing up with this service
• Monthly Employee Payslip: You can view all the monthly paid employees' payslip here.
• Weekly Employee Payslip: You can view all the weekly paid employees' payslip here.
• 2 Weekly Employee Payslip: You can view all the 2 weekly paid employees' payslip here.
• 4 Weekly Employee Payslip: You can view all the 4 weekly paid employees' payslip here.
• Quarterly Employee Payslip: You can view all the Quartely paid employees' payslip here.
• Annual Employee Payslip: You can view all the Annual paid employees' payslip here.
• Bi-annual Employee Payslip: You can view all the Bi-annual paid employees' payslip here.
• Rollback Process: You can rollback the payrun data of your active and former employees here.
• Approved Timesheet: Here you can view your monthly, weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly, Quarterly, Annual and Bi-annual employees approved timesheets.
• Add New Joiner: To add an employee and enter his/her personal information, Tax and NI details and optional details, click on the Add button.
• Employee Internet Account: You can administer here the account status of all the employees for whom you have enabled this service account.
• Former Employee Facilities: You can view complete employment details of your former employees like their personal details, Internet account details, YTD pay data etc. You can also E-File the former employee's P45 Part1 and take print out of the form P45, SSP1 and SMP1 forms.
• Employee Access Rights: You can enable or disable here the employee's access to update their personal details like address and phone numbers.
• Payrun Process: You can process your monthly, weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly, Quarterly, Annual and Bi-annual employees pay here.
• Leaver Process: To process the leaver click on this button.

Associated Tasks

• View/Edit: To view or edit any of the branch office details, click on this button corresponding to the respective option.
