Contribution Report

Use

Here you can download your employees auto enrolment contribution report. Details in the report include the list of employees who are enroled and both employee contribution and employer contributions. The monthly contribution details are displayed here.

Pension > Auto Enrolment Pension (AE) Setup >  Pension Provider > Contribution Report.

Fields Available

• Works No.: The employee's Works Number will be displayed here.
• Employee Name:  The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Pay Frequency: Employee's payment frequency will be displayed here.
• NINo:  The employee's NINo will be displayed here.
• Pensionable earnings:  The pensionable earnings will be displayed here.
• Employer contribution: The employer contribution towards pension scheme will be displayed here.
• Employee contribution: The employee contribution towards pension scheme will be displayed here.
• Total contribution: The total of employer's and employee's contribution will be displayed here.
• Reason for Leaving: Select from the drop down the reason for partial or non-payment.
